Qualificações

• 5+ years in Software/AI engineering or related technical roles.
• Proven technical leadership and enterprise AI design experience.
• Hands-on Python development for production AI systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLM/GenAI integration (RAG, agents, orchestration).
• Experience with API development and MLOps practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Lead AI Engineer at BairesDev

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will drive the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI architectures, ensuring high performance and reliable system integration. You will serve as a senior technical leader, aligning AI strategies with business objectives while mentoring and guiding engineering teams to successful delivery.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in technical leadership and designing enterprise-grade AI architectures.
• Strong hands‑on experience building production AI systems using Python.
• Deep understanding of LLM or GenAI integration, including RAG, agents, or model orchestration.
• Proficiency in API development and MLOps practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
