BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize production-grade applications powered by Large Language Models. You will lead the implementation of scalable RAG pipelines, semantic search, and AI workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI solutions.

The role is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or your local currency.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and integrating LLMs, specifically OpenAI APIs.
• Proven experience building and optimizing RAG workflows and Semantic Search.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Agentic workflows, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop and integrate high-performance application layers with LLM APIs to support complex workflows.
• Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare unstructured data for AI workflows.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and shape strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.

As a Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs), you will design, develop, and optimize production-grade applications powered by Large Language Models. You will serve as a technical driver in translating complex data requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration of LLM architectures.
