• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for accurate data access.
• Integrate state-of-the-art language models with external tools, APIs, and data sources.

• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the reasoning and accuracy of deployed AI models.

AI Agent Engineer (RAG) at BairesDev

As an AI Agent Engineer (RAG), you will design and implement intelligent, autonomous systems powered by generative AI. You will act as the link between complex cognitive architectures and practical software solutions, creating robust frameworks that allow AI agents to orchestrate workflows and retrieve data efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex orchestration tasks.
• Build and optimize highly performant Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for accurate data access.
• Integrate state-of-the-art language models with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed agentic capabilities into production systems.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the reasoning and accuracy of deployed AI models.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in building production-grade GenAI solutions and agentic workflows.
• Strong proficiency in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic orchestration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
