BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees. You will mainly work in Python, with some frontend tasks, on a production system that continues to evolve.

The role requires 7+ years of software development, Python expertise, LangChain/LangGraph familiarity, and production-grade LLM experience. 100% remote, with USD or local currency compensation and flexible hours.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Help build workflows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources.
• Support evaluation coverage on AI behavior you help ship.
• Help extend the existing frontend where needed.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.

• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced level of English.
