BairesDev in Brazil is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to design and build autonomous AI systems that perform complex business tasks. You will connect fundamental models with orchestration frameworks to deliver goal-driven solutions.

You will work remotely with a global Top 1% talent, enjoy flexible hours and generous compensation in USD, and access hardware and software setup to work from home.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate continuous perceive-plan-act-reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with system transparency and cost efficiency.

As an Agentic Generative AI Engineer, you will architect and build advanced AI systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution. You will connect foundational generative AI models with structured orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions that transform operational workflows.
