Culina Pte Ltd in Brazil seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee storage operations, safeguard the warehouse, and manage inventory from receiving to transfer. You will ensure proper handling of time- and temperature-sensitive products and support quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include organizing storage, coordinating cargo collection, following SOPs, verifying quantities, and maintaining equipment and clean, safe working areas for a 5.5-day schedule.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in logistics and supply chain management or related field.
• Experience leading a warehouse team and daily operations.
• Ability to pick and pack in cold environments (chiller/freezer).
• Proficient in English for labels and communication.
• Forklift license and/or driving license advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary:

A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse operations and securing the warehouse, maintaining and overseeing inventory by receiving, sorting, storing, picking, packing and transferring items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize the storage of goods, with proper handling of time- and temperature-sensitive products to optimize storage space and ensure efficient retrieval.
• Coordinate cargo clearance and collection schedules to ensure timely collection upon arrival.
• Adhere strictly to Company SOPs for sorting, picking, packing, and issuance of goods to ensure accuracy and workplace safety.
• Ensure all received goods meet the required quality standards and verify quantities against the relevant documentation.
• Manage damaged goods by documenting defects with photographs and reporting them to HR and the Food Safety team for insurance claims or site surveys.
• Handle product labelling and repacking for export purposes in accordance with requirements.
• Conduct stock counts, monitor inventory levels, and track product expiry dates.
• Participate in stock-taking and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and housekeeping standards, ensuring food storage and shelving areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Promote and maintain safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Strictly adhere to food safety policies, sanitation requirements, and good hygiene practices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in leading a warehouse team and managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Able to perform picking and packing activities in a chiller and/or freezer environment.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to read and understand product labels and communicate in English.
• Possession of a Forklift License and/or Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a cold-temperature, fast-paced environment on a 5.5-day work week.
• A good team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
