The role focuses on coordinating freight, distribution, and internal supply chain nodes to meet KA customer requirements for timeliness, while controlling costs and building strong carrier relations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in B2B/B2C operations and frontline distribution management.
• Experience in tripartite distribution management and strong supplier network.
• Proficient in data analysis and familiar with supply chain information systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination; able to lead and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Logistics management: coordinate freight, distribution, and information flows to optimize operations.
• Plan management: ensure on-time delivery by coordinating supplier deliveries and internal nodes.
• Cost management: review transport and distribution costs for cost control and resource allocation.
• Carrier management: establish and maintain relationships with carriers and optimize to meet needs.
• Monitoring and exception management: monitor order status in real time and address issues to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an expert in logistics supply chain operations to manage our fulfillment processes in Brazil.

Job Description

• Logistics management: coordinate freight, distribution, distribution and other links, optimize logistics and information flow, and achieve efficient operation;
• Plan management: manage the delivery of suppliers and the nodes of the internal fulfillment supply chain to meet the requirements of KA customers for timeliness;
• Cost management: responsible for the cost review of transportation and distribution to ensure cost control and reasonable allocation of resources;
• Carrier management: Responsible for establishing and maintaining good cooperative relations with various carriers, evaluating and selecting suitable carriers, and continuously optimizing to match business needs;
• Monitoring and exception management: Monitor the operation status of the order in real time, find and deal with the abnormality in time to ensure the completion of the order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in B to B or B to C operation and distribution front-line operation and management;
• Experience in tripartite distribution management and local high-quality supplier resources;
• Proficient in data analysis, familiar with supply chain information system, able to use data analysis to optimize supply chain;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills able to independently lead and deal with various affairs;
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
