I wanna sleep in Belo Horizonte, MG, seeks an Operations and Stock Leader to run the Distribution Center, driving productivity, organization and timely fulfillment.

You will lead the team, manage picking, packing and returns, ensure stock accuracy with cyclical inventories, promote 5S, and implement continuous improvements for peak demand.

This role requires hands-on leadership, ERP/WMS experience, strong communication, and a commitment to on-site operation.

About the role

Description

We are looking for an Operations and Stock Leader with a dynamic profile, strong leadership skills and behind-the-scenes strategic vision. Your main mission will be to manage our Distribution Center (DC), ensuring that the daily processes of moving goods occur with maximum productivity, organization and strict deadlines. You will be the leader responsible for developing the operational team and implementing improvements to support the accelerated growth of our brand.

Responsibilities

Team Management and Leadership:

Lead the daily operation of the Distribution Center, engaging, training and monitoring the performance of the operational team through feedback and productivity management.

Logistics Flow Excellence:

Ensure the maximum standard of quality and agility in all behind-the-scenes processes: receiving, storage, separation (Picking), checking, shipping (Packing) and reverse logistics (returns).

Accuracy and Stock Control:

Ensure high levels of accuracy of physical stock in relation to the system, managing the routine of cyclical inventories, audits and applying good storage practices (FIFO/PEPS Method).

Improvement Continuous Process Management:

Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to optimize the layout of the warehouse, ergonomics and time savings when shipping orders.

Indicator Management (KPIs):

Daily monitor the sector's logistical goals, identifying deviations and implementing immediate action plans to maintain the efficiency of the operation.

Organization Culture (5S):

Promote, audit and ensure organizational culture, workplace safety, cleanliness (5S methodology) and compliance throughout the CD environment.

Requirements

Use of Corporate Technology: Experience with integrated inventory management systems (ERP or WMS systems).

Residence: Availability to work 100% in person in Belo Horizonte - MG.
