Amazon Brazil is seeking an experienced Senior Instock Manager who will own the development and execution of a country-level inventory-sharing program for Retail across multiple product categories, enabling broader selection at competitive prices for Brazilian customers.

Responsabilidades

  • Own inventory performance metrics for the program and influence country-level demand planning, ordering, and capacity management.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to operationalize inventory management and reduce cost to serve.
  • Act as end-to-end Program Manager for Brazil across Retail and partner stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable systems and automation to improve operational efficiency, including AI tools.
  • Track customer experience metrics such as selection availability and pricing, and implement improvements with measurable plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership on project scoping, selection, and performance to align with business strategy.

Amazon Brazil is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Instock Manager who thrives on solving complex problems. In this role you will own the development and execution of a country-level inventory-sharing program for Retail across multiple product categories, enabling us to better serve Brazilian customers with broader selection at competitive prices.
Successful candidates prioritize effectively, communicate with clarity, and bring a consistent track record of delivery. You are a self-starter with the ability to dive deep, strong data and analytical skills, and experience operating in cross-functional environments. As a core member of Amazon's Cross-Border inventory-sharing operation you will drive data-driven process improvements, build scalable automation, and serve as the local program manager for global inventory management initiatives.
This role requires close collaboration with global and local Product/Program Managers, Retail Vendor and Instock Managers, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own inventory performance metrics for the program, influencing country-level demand planning, ordering, and capacity management.
  • Own the relationship with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to effectively operationalize inventory management and reduce cost to serve.
  • Operate as the end-to-end Program Manager for Brazil across Retail and partner stakeholders.
  • Create scalable systems and develop automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Track key customer experience metrics — including selection availability and pricing — and drive improvements by building actionable, measurable plans.
  • Work with leadership on project selection, scoping, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
  • Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • Experience leading process improvements
