A Affinity, empresa de consultoria em tecnologia com atuação internacional, busca um(a) Recruiter Júnior para Feira de Santana, Bahia. Você fará seleção de talentos, sourcing e suporte a contratações internacionais.

Requisitos: Graduação em RH/PS/AD; 1 ano de experiência; fluência pt/en (C1+); experiência com sourcing via LinkedIn e job boards; interesse em recrutamento internacional e relocação; disponível para trabalhar remotamente entre fusos.

Qualificações

• Graduação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou similar.
• 1 ano de experiência em recrutamento ou aquisição de talentos (estágio conta).
• Conhecimento de ferramentas de sourcing como LinkedIn e job boards.
• Interesse em contratações internacionais, relocação e ambientes multiculturais.
• Excelente comunicação em Português e Inglês (C1+ obrigatório).
• Organizado, detalhista e capaz de trabalhar remotamente entre fusos.
• Base no Brasil com vontade de construir carreira em recrutamento internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir processos de recrutamento para vagas internacionais.
• Prospecção de candidatos em plataformas de sourcing e redes sociais.
• Colaborar com equipes, alinhando requisitos e prazos.
• Gerenciar comunicação com candidatos e stakeholders.
• Trabalhar de forma autônoma, com proatividade e foco.

What you need to have

• College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts);
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards;
• Interest in international hiring, relocation management and cross-cultural environments;
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (C1+ is mandatory);
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
• Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment and an ability to travel.
