É necessário diploma em RH/psicologia/administração, pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em recrutamento (estágio conta), inglês C1+ e disponibilidade para viagens. Trabalhar remotamente em fusos horários diferentes pode ocorrer.

Responsabilidades

• Recrutar candidatos para oportunidades internacionais.
• Gerenciar o processo de seleção desde a triagem até a oferta.
• Colaborar com equipes multiculturais e relocation teams.
• Trabalhar de forma autônoma com prazos e métricas.

What you need to have

• College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts);
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards;
• Interest in international hiring, relocation management and cross-cultural environments;
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (C1+ is mandatory);
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
• Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment and an ability to travel.
