Affinity busca um Recruiter Júnior para trabalhar em recrutamento internacional, com base no Brasil (Caieiras, SP). Você apoiará o ciclo completo de talentos, incluindo sourcing, entrevistas e relocação, em colaboração com equipes globais.

O candidato ideal possui formação em RH/Psicologia/Admin, até 1 ano de experiência (estágios contam), inglês avançado (C1+), excelentes habilidades de comunicação e organização, e disponibilidade para viajar conforme necessário.

Qualificações

• Formação em RH, Psicologia, Administração ou similar.
• Até 1 ano de experiência em recrutamento (estágios contam).
• Familiaridade com sourcing em LinkedIn e boards de vagas.
• Interesse em recrutamento internacional e relocação.
• Excelente comunicação em Português e Inglês (C1+).
• Organizado, detalhista e capaz de trabalhar remotamente com fuso horário internacional.
• Residente no Brasil, com interesse em carreira internacional e disponibilidade para viajar.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir etapas do recrutamento do início ao fim.
• Buscar e atrair candidatos via LinkedIn e plataformas de job boards.
• Colaborar com equipes globais para alinhamento de requisitos.
• Gerenciar processos de relocação conforme necessidades.
• Comunicar-se de forma clara e profissional com candidatos e clientes.

What you need to have

• College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;


• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts);


• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards;


• Interest in international hiring, relocation management and cross-cultural environments;


• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (C1+ is mandatory);


• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;


• Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment and an ability to travel.
