Pride Global is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team and support staffing and outsourcing operations for international clients, with a strong focus on the Spanish-speaking market.

This role is ideal for someone starting a career in recruitment and enjoys connecting with people, building candidate relationships, and contributing to hiring success. Hybrid or remote work options are available in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently speak with candidates.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with activity goals and recruitment targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Source and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct outreach through calls, messages, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in our internal systems.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs.
• Work toward weekly recruitment activity and productivity goals.
