Fluent in Chinese, English and Portuguese is required, with 8+ years in finance, FP&A, and

Qualificações

• 8+ years of finance experience in FP&A, reporting and governance.
• Experience leading finance operations and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Industry experience in mining or heavy machinery preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure management reports reflect performance and results.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
