Keeta in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Finance Business Partner with 5+ years of experience to optimize financial processes and support business growth.

The role requires collaborating with accounting, tax, reporting, treasury and internal control teams to ensure regulatory compliance and sound financial decisions.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, while using English as the working language.

Qualificações

• Background in corporate finance, accounting, finance or related majors.
• More than 5 years of experience in finance BP or related positions, familiar with Brazil's financial regulations.
• Strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, able to quickly adapt to new environments
• Good communication skills and team spirit; can coordinate with different departments
• Proficient in using financial software, office software and statistical analysis methods; strong data processing and analysis capabilities
• Strong sense of responsibility and business sensitivity; able to think deeply and resolve issues
• Able to use English as the working language.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the business team across the entire financial process; formulate and optimize financial processes and rules; provide professional financial advice and promote implementation.
• Support financial matters for new countries/cities launches; ensure smooth financial processes and control financial risks.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules.
• Evaluate the investment and expected return of new business; provide financial support for business development.
• Participate in the company's business plan work; be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast; manage budgets with the business.
• Gain in-depth understanding of the business; work closely with business partners; establish an effective financial analysis system; analyze operations to identify opportunities and risks.
• Participate in financial digitalization; propose requirements from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.

1 - Assist business team on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation.

2 - Support financial matters for new countries/cities launch, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and control financial risks.

3 - Cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules.

4 -Evaluate the investment and expected return of new business, and provide financial support for business development.

5 - Participate in the company's business plan related work, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conduct effective budget management together with the business.

6 - Gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identify opportunities and indicate risks.

7 - Participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.
