Jooble seeks an experienced financial leader to take charge of the full-cycle financial management for its Focus Media Brazil subsidiary. You will establish local accounting standards, ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations and international requirements, and build robust financial systems from scratch.

You will manage relations with tax and regulatory authorities, drive risk controls, support investment and tax planning, and coordinate with group headquarters to deliver consolidated

Qualificações

• Over 5 years of finance experience, including 3+ years in Brazil.
• Knowledge of Brazilian tax policies and regulations; end-to-end management of overseas subsidiaries.
• Strong cross-cultural coordination and liaison with authorities.
• Ability to drive growth with financial insights.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Demonstrates responsibility and works well under pressure.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of full-cycle financial management of Focus Media Brazil subsidiary.
• Establish localized financial systems, processes and accounting standards from scratch to ensure full compliance with local regulations and international financial requirements.
• Manage relationships with local tax, audit and regulatory authorities, and oversee tax declaration and compliance affairs.
• Build up financial risk early-warning and control mechanisms to mitigate cross-border fiscal risks and ensure compliant operations.
• Partner closely with local business operations, providing professional financial support for investment, financing, cost control and tax planning.
• Optimize budget and capital allocation to improve operational efficiency and support business target achievement.
• Prepare regular financial analysis reports for local senior management and group headquarters, providing data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Complete group consolidated reporting and ensure consistent financial data and information synchronization with headquarters.
• Maintain regular communication and cross-regional collaboration with the Group Finance team.
• Report local financial performance and potential risks regularly, align local financial work with group strategies and deliver all assigned financial tasks efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of finance working experience, including more than 3 years of financial management experience in Brazil.
• Familiar with Brazilian fiscal and tax policies, with proven end-to-end financial management experience in the establishment and operation of overseas subsidiaries.
• Equipped with excellent cross-cultural communication and resource coordination capabilities, competent in efficient liaison with local government authorities.
• Able to drive business growth effectively with professional financial insights.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and excellent pressure resistance.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced and multi-tasking working environment.
