A leading international energy company in São Paulo is seeking a Mid-Senior level Accounting Manager to oversee their financial operations. You'll be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and providing essential financial support for decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and have 5-10 years of relevant experience, with good communication skills and knowledge of local tax policies. This is a full-time role in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the accounting management of the Brazil company;
2. Improve the financial processes and systems of the Brazil company, strengthen the construction of internal control and compliance management, and supervise business compliance;
3. Collaborate closely with local operations, provide financial analysis and support, offer a basis for decision‑making, and serve as a communication bridge among local operations, local financial agents, and the Chinese headquarters;
4. Familiar with the financial processing procedures of industrial manufacturing, and standardize the accounting procedures for various business models;
5. Monitor internal related‑party transactions to ensure the authenticity of financial data and accurate reflection of operating results;
6. Overseas Financial Knowledge Training;
7. Maintain good relationships with local tax authorities to ensure the company complies with all relevant tax regulations;
8. Provide reasonable tax‑saving suggestions for the company based on specific business operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in financial management, accounting, or other related fields preferred;
2. English or Chinese can be used as the working language;
3. Have 5-10 years of relevant work experience, and at least 2 years of management experience;
4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with the after‑sales team and other relevant departments;
5. Familiar with local financial regulations and tax policies in Brazil, such as major tax categories like ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, IOF, etc.;
6. Preference will be given to those with CRC, ACCA certificates.
