Reno Concierge Pte. Ltd. is seeking a team of motivated Telemarketers to verify and qualify home-owners who signed up for free renovation consultations and schedule appointments for our Interior Design partner firms.

The role involves following up to ensure owners and ID firms complete their appointments, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion. Training and performance incentives are offered in a friendly work environment.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Handle inquiries about the services professionally.

About the role

Reno Concierge Pte. Ltd. is seeking a team of motivated and customer-oriented Telemarketers to verify and qualify home-owners who signed up for free renovation consultations and schedule appointments for our Interior Design partner firms. Follow up are frequently required to keep track and ensure homeowners and ID firm's appointment are completed as per scheduled.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.

• Introduce Reno Concierge's free services and how it can help them to reach out to professional interior design firms and choose their ideal designer that matches them.

• Identify customers' renovation needs and qualify potential leads.

• Schedule appointments for ID firms consultants with interested homeowners.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and confirm appointments.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and address basic questions about the company's services.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore's PDPA and telemarketing regulations.
