R&S CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Officer to lead the company’s online presence and promote renovation projects through content, videos, and social media. You will handle filming, editing, and Google Ads management from the Singapore base.

The role requires Chinese fluency, basic English, and familiarity with trends. You will work full-time in Sembawang, Singapore, with opportunities for growth and creative freedom.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.

• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, interior design, renovation, or related industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Create engaging content to showcase renovation projects, company activities, and services.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Handle video editing and post-production, including basic effects, subtitles, music, transitions, and content formatting.
• Manage and maintain the company’s Google Ads account, including campaign setup, budget monitoring, keyword management, performance tracking, and basic optimisation.
• Monitor social media and advertising performance and suggest new marketing ideas and strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
• Take photos and videos during project site visits and company events.
• Reply to basic social media enquiries and comments when required.
• Perform other administrative or assistant duties assigned by the company.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content, managing social media platforms, and helping to promote our company's projects and services through digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Create engaging content to showcase our renovation projects, company activities, and services.

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.

• Handle video editing and post-production, including basic effects, subtitles, music, transitions, and content formatting for different social media platforms.
