Jolly Interior Studio is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design team from concept to completion, upholding design quality and standards while mentoring designers to deliver excellent client experiences.

You will guide projects, manage multiple initiatives, and contribute to the growth and direction of the company within the interior design space.

Qualificações

• Proven interior design and space-planning experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage a design team.
• Strong eye for design, detailing and material selection.
• Strong project and client management skills.
• Able to oversee multiple projects and maintain quality standards.
• Responsible, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Singapore renovation/interior design experience preferred.

You’ll take the lead in guiding our design team, overseeing projects from concept to completion, maintaining design and quality standards, and supporting designers in delivering better work and client experiences.
