Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and develop the team, ensuring tasks align with internal policies and procedures.

You will install, configure and maintain operating systems, databases and management systems, administer servers and security policies, monitor performance, manage budgets, and drive technology upgrades while ensuring LGPD compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience working as an IT professional.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop the IT team in accordance with policies.
• Manage technical support for users and control software licenses.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, databases and management systems.
• Administer servers, information security policies and contingency plans.
• Monitor area performance, prepare reports and present results to management.
• Manage computer networks, access to resources and backup routines.
• Ensure security of IT infrastructure (physical and logical).
• Research and propose new technologies, promoting hardware and software upgrades.
• Plan and control the annual IT area budget.

• Ensure physical and logical security of the IT infrastructure.
• Research and propose new technologies, promoting hardware and software upgrades.
• Plan and control the annual IT area budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience working as an IT professional.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desirable:
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA in Information Technology.
  • Experience managing an IT team.
  • Relevant certifications and knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
