Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an IT governance professional to support ITIL 4 compliant processes across change, incident, problem and release management. You will help draft policies, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership and audits.

The role requires IT governance experience, ITSM tool knowledge (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira), and familiarity with regulatory frameworks like BACEN, SOX and LGPD. Strong data skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Change, Incident, Problem and CMDB management.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira).
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for executive reports.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization/automation tools.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 20000/27001, BACEN, SOX and LGPD is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT governance processes aligned with ITIL 4 and corporate frameworks.
• Draft, review and publish regulations and policies for IT infrastructure and operations.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and produce governance reports for leadership and audits.
• Assist CAB meetings: scheduling, minutes, tracking actions.
• Monitor change windows and freeze periods, flag deviations.
• Collect evidence for internal/external audits and help action plans.
• Extract, cleanse and consolidate data from ITSM platforms for dashboards.
• Support asset lifecycle management and IT asset inventories for traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes and automation proposals.
• Engage with business, Cybersecurity, Audit and vendors to ensure policy compliance.
• Promote regulatory compliance with BACEN, SOX, LGPD in the finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of IT governance processes, ensuring adherence to ITIL 4 practices (Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management) and to current corporate frameworks.
• Assist in the drafting, review and publication of regulations, policies and procedures related to IT infrastructure and operations processes, keeping the document repository up to date.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs) for governance processes, producing periodic management and executive reports for presentation to leadership and audit teams.
• Provide support for CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, tracking decisions and following up on action plans.
• Monitor compliance with change freeze periods (the first and last five business days of the month) and authorized change windows, flagging deviations to management.
• Assist in responding to internal and external audits by collecting evidence, organizing supporting documentation and helping to develop action plans to address findings.
• Extract, cleanse and consolidate data from ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice) to build dashboards and follow-up reports.
• Support access governance, inventories and the lifecycle management of infrastructure assets and databases, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for IT processes, contributing to AS-IS/TO-BE mappings, identifying bottlenecks and proposing automations.
• Interact with business areas, Cybersecurity, Audit and vendors to enable process execution and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Contribute to a culture of regulatory compliance (BACEN - Brazilian Central Bank, SOX, LGPD - Brazilian Data Protection Law), ensuring processes operate within the regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 (Foundation certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration Management (CMDB).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on intermediate/advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or other visualization and automation tools (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of frameworks and regulations: COBIT, ISO 20000/27001, BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank), SOX and LGPD (desirable).
