Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Senior IT Director to lead Corporate IT, Infrastructure, Information Security, Support and IT Operations. You will define the technology strategy, govern risk, and manage budgets, vendors and contracts.

You will drive governance, security, business continuity, and KPI tracking across hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises systems, ensuring compliance with LGPD and ISO 27001.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management, Information Security or Business Management (preferred).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary IT teams.
• Budget management (CAPEX and OPEX), vendors and contracts.
• Hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Premises), AWS, Azure or GCP.
• ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or Freshservice.
• Information Security: IAM, SIEM, vulnerability management.
• Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Frameworks: ITIL and COBIT.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar certifications/environments.
• Experience in technology or SaaS companies with distributed operations.
• Familiarity with DevOps, FinOps, process automation and Artificial Intelligence applied to operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Corporate IT, Infrastructure, Information Security, Support and IT Operations areas.
• Define and execute the corporate technology strategy (governance, security, business continuity and risk management).
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, budget (CAPEX and OPEX), vendors and contracts.
• Map critical risks and lead mitigation plans with approved priorities.
• Implement and track IT metrics (SLAs, operational and financial KPIs).
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), ISO 27001 and audits.
• Support automation initiatives with direct impact on employee productivity and experience.
