Job summary

Hitachi Aqua-Tech Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians at customer premises, overseeing air-conditioning, electrical and M&E systems.

You will plan manpower deployment, coordinate daily work schedules, perform root cause analysis on faults, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality maintenance even during fast-paced weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning, electrical, or M&E maintenance.
• Experience leading and supervising a team of technicians and workers.
• Proficient in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of air-conditioning and electrical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC systems.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or building maintenance environments will be an advantage.
• Able to perform ad hoc duties during weekends when required.
