Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician to service and repair facilities, including ASRS and ammonia refrigeration systems, at Mandai Link. The role involves hands‑on work on refrigeration equipment, building systems, and coordination with external contractors.

The ideal candidate has ammonia refrigeration and ASRS experience, works safely, and supports daily facility operations in a team environment. Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm, with solid career progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Ammonia Refrigeration system and ASRS

Responsibilities

• Will work on Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS), Refrigeration System and Warehouse & Building Facilities
• Perform repair and maintenance of the building and infrastructure including the automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) freeer warehousing storage
• Compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure safe, high-quality work per specs and SOPs
• Monitor and oversee servicing by external contractors to meet specs
• Hands-on repair and maintenance of cold room systems, equipment and electrical works
• Daily facility inspections and identify defects or issues
• Maintain Refrigerant Systems indoor/outdoor units, compressor, evaporator, condenser, cooling tower
• Inspect, troubleshoot and minor repair on materials handling equipment
• Maintain Fire Detection System, Ammonia Plant and Oxygen Reduction System
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and checklist duties with Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be working on Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS), Refrigeration System and Warehouse & Building Facilities


• Perform repair and maintenance of the building and infrastructure including the automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS)freezer warehousing storage


• Compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations


• Working closely with a team of maintenance colleagues to ensure all jobs are performed safely, to a high standard of workmanship, and according to the specifications and SOPs


• Monitor and oversee the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors to ensure works are completed according to specifications


• Possess hands‑on experience and having a hands‑on approach to getting work completed in the repair and maintenance of cold room systems, equipment, machinery, building fixtures and fittings including electrical works


• Conduct daily facility inspections and identify any defects or potential issues


• Perform maintenance and repair with machinery equipment Etc., Refrigerant Systems indoor/outdoor units, compressor, evaporator, condenser, cooling tower


• Perform inspection, troubleshooting and minor repair on materials handling equipment


• Perform maintenance Fire Detection System, Ammonia Plant and Oxygen Reduction System


• Conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance and Checklist) duties. Work in close coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Executive Facilities Maintenance to fulfill assigned work orders (WO)


• Work as a Team/Individual depending on the work assignment
