Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. seeks a maintenance technician to perform routine preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs of building facilities, machinery and equipment.

You will attend to equipment breakdowns, tenant maintenance requests, and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), chillers and cooling towers. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, reporting problems and coordinating repairs, maintaining maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and assisting in preventive maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs of building facilities, machinery and equipment.

• Attend to equipment breakdowns, defects and tenants' maintenance requests.

• Carry out inspection, monitoring and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), chillers and cooling towers.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions, breakdown causes and necessary repair or replacement works to management.

• Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory and assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules.

• Carry out general maintenance works, including lockset replacement, key duplication and equipment installation or relocation.
