Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a seasoned Engineering Operations Supervisor to plan and oversee the technical and administrative support schedule, ensuring equipment maintenance and workplace safety.

You will lead the technical team, participate in recruitment, conduct training and evaluations, and guide service delivery in line with schedules, standards, and procedures. A background in sanitation or maintenance and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel are required.

Qualificações

• Completed technical program in related fields (Electrical Eng Tech, Electromechanics, Chemistry, Building Construction, Sanitation).
• Experience in sanitation or maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Knowledge of systems, reports, processes, and procedures.
• Leadership knowledge and people management.
