Digo Building Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the overall facilities operations, maintenance and asset performance across sites.

The role emphasizes planning upgrades, energy efficiency, lifecycle, refurbishment, and coordinating contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure safe, on-schedule, within-budget delivery while maintaining records and compliance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience managing facilities operations, maintenance and project works.
• Strong leadership, project management, contractor and stakeholder management skills.

• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance and asset performance.
• Plan upgrading, energy efficiency, lifecycle, refurbishment and enhancements.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors and service providers for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor building and M&E systems, energy performance and lifecycle needs.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, safety standards and contracts.
• Manage emergency and urgent works and support business continuity.
• Maintain asset, maintenance and project records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and perform related duties as required.

Job Description:

• Manage the overall facilities operations, maintenance and asset performance, including preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, defect management and site inspections.


• Plan and coordinate upgrading, energy efficiency, lifecycle, A&A, refurbishment and enhancement works, including assessment, planning, implementation and handover.


• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors and service providers, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality.


• Monitor building and M&E systems, asset condition, energy performance and lifecycle requirements, and recommend appropriate improvement or replacement works.


• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements, safety standards, codes of practice and applicable contractual requirements.


• Manage emergency and urgent works, support business continuity arrangements, and minimise disruption to ongoing operations.


• Maintain proper asset, maintenance and project records and prepare operational, maintenance and project reports as required.


• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and perform other related duties or projects as required from time to time.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management or relevant disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar facilities management position.

Relevant experience managing facilities operations, maintenance and project works.

Strong leadership, project management, contractor management and stakeholder management skills.
