Private Advertiser is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure reliability and uptime of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and provide on-site technical support in a structured manufacturing setting.

Work will involve hands-on exposure to diffusion, implant, CVD, PVD or CMP modules, with training provided as needed. Strong safety practices and ability to work in a 12-hour rotating shift are essential.

Qualificações

• Nitec in engineering or related technical discipline preferred; Diploma holders may be considered.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment is encouraged.
• Experience with Diffusion, Implant, CVD, PVD or CMP is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow maintenance procedures, safety requirements and customer specifications when carrying out equipment servicing.
• Coordinate maintenance activities according to production and customer schedules.
• Support parts coordination and logistics for equipment maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, modification, installation and removal activities when required.
• Maintain maintenance tools, fixtures and equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards across equipment and maintenance areas.
• Record maintenance activities and provide regular updates to the project team.

About the Role

Requirements

• Nitec in an engineering or related technical discipline is preferred; Diploma holders may also be considered.
• Candidates with relevant semiconductor manufacturing or equipment experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience supporting semiconductor modules such as Diffusion, Implant, CVD, PVD or CMP will be an advantage.
• Candidates with limited industry experience may also be considered, with training provided.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and safety practices.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts under a 4-3-3-4 schedule.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a production environment.
