Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a senior technology lead to drive a team delivering high-quality software solutions. You will align technical outcomes with business needs, mentor engineers, and advance modern tools and methodologies across projects.

You will oversee agile processes, manage stakeholders, and promote scalable architectures while coaching team members and translating requirements into effective technical plans.

Qualificações

• Experience with project and team management tools (Azure DevOps).
• Tech stack: .NET / Python.
• Familiarity with agile practices and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Ability to analyze KPIs and propose viable improvements.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• People management experience.
• Solid knowledge of AI and agentic development: fundamentals of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent architectures (agentic workflows), AI-assisted coding tools, and governance, data security, limitations, and risks.
• Ability to assess where AI adds value in the development cycle and guide the team in adopting these tools.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and meetings).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure technical solutions comply with company best practices and standards.
• Provide guidance when necessary, acting as a facilitator for the team.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and technologies.
• Promote the use of modern tools and methodologies within the company’s standards.
