Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software engineer to implement AI solutions and agent-based workflows from technical specifications in São Paulo. You will integrate LLMs, data pipelines and AI tools, and develop RAG-based architectures with a strong focus on clean code and testing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development, hands-on AI/ML, and solid experience with Python and React. You will collaborate with Tech Leads within structured teams and share knowledge on new tools

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with applied AI/ML.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience with frontend development (React).
• Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications.
• Experience with RAG pipelines or agent-based systems.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals (clean code, SOLID, testing, documentation, Git).
• Ability to work from technical specifications and within structured teams.

Responsabilidades
