Jobtailor is seeking a senior technical leader to guide a development team in building scalable .NET microservices on Azure/AWS. You will drive architecture, review code, and mentor engineers while delivering high-performance cloud services.

The role requires hands-on coding, strong DevOps practices, and a focus on reliability, observability, and modern AI-assisted development. Collaboration and architectural excellence are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET in large-scale production systems.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven cloud architecture experience with Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency in modeling and performance tuning for SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Solid experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus and/or Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing strategies.
• Experience with monitoring and observability using Datadog and reliability engineering practices (SRE).
• Advanced use of AI tools in development (e.g., Claude, Copilot) with critical evaluation of generated code.
• Strong version control (Git) practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture.
• Previous experience providing technical leadership to development teams.
