Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a Technical Lead to guide an AI team in building production-grade agents. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and align technical decisions with business goals. Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Strong Python development experience.

Conduct and actively participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.

Serve as a technical escalation point for the team, assisting in resolving complex issues and bottlenecks.
Collaborate with management to set priorities, plan the technical roadmap, and manage the team backlog.
Design and architect robust, scalable AI systems for production deployment.
Ensure the performance and stability of AI agents in production through continuous monitoring and optimization.
Explore and test new technologies, frameworks, and AI models to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Document architectures, processes, and technical decisions clearly and accessibly.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to understand challenges and translate them into viable AI solutions.
Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of AI projects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the long-term vision for AI, identifying opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to drive business growth.

Requirements

Experience as a technical lead
Experience developing AI agents
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong experience developing with Python (Django)
Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs (consumption and development)
Experience with relational databases, with a focus on performance
Knowledge of Docker for development, testing, and deployment
Technical English for reading and communicating with vendors
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative profile
Experience with JavaScript (React) — a plus
Experience with LangGraph, Anthropic SDK, Google ADK, or similar — a plus
Integration with LLM APIs, focusing on token and context management — a plus
Experience with RAG and CoRAG workflows — a plus
Knowledge of security for dynamic code execution and isolation — a plus
Evaluation of performance and cost of intelligent agents — a plus

Core Competencies
