Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a Senior Tech Lead to serve as technical reference for the Web development team, guiding architecture decisions and resolving complex issues. You will collaborate with POs, PMs and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and promote best practices across development, architecture, code quality and security.

Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive modernization efforts, including legacy migration and AI-driven development.

Qualificações

Solid experience in software development and prior experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent role.

Serve as technical reference for the Web development team and support architecture decisions.
Actively participate in software development with hands-on contributions.
Collaborate with POs, PMs and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Define and promote development, architecture, code quality, security and best-practice standards.
Conduct and lead code reviews to foster technical growth and consistency.
Support estimating requirements, defining technical strategies and risks.
Monitor technical execution and resolve impediments.
Assess technical and business impacts considering performance, scalability and operations.
Participate in client meetings and present solutions.
Lead proof-of-concepts and evaluations of new technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve architecture and development processes.
Work on modernization and migration strategies for legacy apps.
Establish an AI-first development culture and promote AI adoption.
Stay updated on new technologies and document decisions.

Serve as the technical reference for the Web development team, supporting architecture decisions, development and the resolution of complex issues.
Actively participate in software development, maintaining a hands-on approach and contributing directly to building solutions.
Collaborate with POs, PMs (Project Managers), Business Consultants and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Define and promote development, architecture, code quality, security and best-practice standards.
Conduct and lead code reviews, fostering technical growth and consistency across developed solutions.
Support the team in estimating requirements, defining technical strategies and identifying risks.
Monitor the technical execution of initiatives, anticipating impediments and acting to resolve issues.
Assess technical and business impacts of proposed solutions, considering performance, scalability, maintainability and operations.
Participate in technical meetings with clients and support the project team in presenting solutions.
Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot projects and evaluations of new technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve architecture and development processes.
Work on the evolution and modernization of legacy applications, contributing to migration, integration and coexistence strategies between legacy systems and new platforms.
Establish an AI-first development culture, identifying opportunities to use AI in development, testing, documentation, code analysis and product construction.
Encourage and support the adoption of AI tools and practices by the development team.
Stay up to date on new technologies, frameworks and software engineering practices, evaluating their applicability to Tagat's products.
Promote training, knowledge sharing and technical development within the team.
Document technical and architectural decisions, keeping an accessible and up-to-date knowledge base.
Support leadership in monitoring team capacity, hours and technical allocation when required.

Requirements

Solid experience in software development and prior experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead or equivalent role.
Practical experience with .NET / C#.
Experience with Vue.js, preferably Vue 3.
Knowledge of Flutter and mobile development is considered important.
Experience with APIs, integrations, databases and application architecture.
Knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, clean code and engineering best practices.
Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
Ability to analyze complex problems and propose simple, sustainable and scalable solutions.
Good communication skills and the ability to bridge technology and business.
Proactive, inquisitive and problem-solving oriented profile.
Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and new ways of developing software.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence technically without relying solely on formal authority.
Experience with modernization, migration or evolution of legacy systems will be an important differential.
Experience in projects migrating legacy applications to modern architectures is a plus.
Experience with systems developed in Delphi or other legacy technologies is a plus.
Experience migrating desktop applications to the Web is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle is a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, messaging and integrations is a plus.
Practical experience using AI tools in software development is a plus.
Experience creating agents, automations or solutions using AI is a plus.
Experience with B2B products and complex business systems is a plus.
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with office presence in Bauru/SP three times per week.
Contract type: PJ (contractor).
