Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is seeking an experienced Product/Project Manager to lead on-site squads, organize agile rituals, and help define the product journey and OKRs. You will partner with the PO to prioritize MVP1 and the backlog, drive sprint execution, and manage risks in a dynamic AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IT squads, vendors, and data governance, driving roadmap milestones, and supporting production performance while mentoring the team

Qualificações

Degree in a technology‑related field and knowledge of programming languages.
Solid experience in project management and leading squads.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and project planning tools.

Responsabilidades

Lead squads in an on-site environment, organizing agile rituals (planning, grooming, daily, retro, review).
Participate in defining the future journey, mission and OKRs of the products.
Prioritize the backlog (MVP1 and product backlog) with the PO.
Ensure sprint execution, manage risks and remove impediments.
Define and train the team in methodologies, management tools and in the use of Azure DevOps.
Monitor development aligned with architecture, security, governance and data & analytics guidelines.
Interface with other IT areas (ecosystems, squads and guilds).
Report sprint status weekly.
Manage vendors and resources for the product.
Evaluate market solutions vs. in-house development vs. hybrid approaches.
Lead the MVP1 go-live (prototype, pilot, rollout, data migrations, training).
Support the product in production, ensuring performance and fixing critical bugs.
Evolve the product roadmap and drive new MVPs.

Interface with other IT areas (ecosystems, squads and guilds)
Report sprint status weekly
Manage vendors and resources required for the product
Evaluate market solutions vs. in‑house development vs. hybrid approaches

Requirements

Degree in a technology‑related field with knowledge of programming languages
Solid experience in project management and leading squads
Azure DevOps
Microsoft Project Professional, PWA and Project Online for calculating indicators such as IDP, IDC and Critical Path

Familiarity with Generative AI (GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI agents)
Knowledge of programming languages to be able to communicate and advise the technical team
