Amazon is seeking an SVS Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) helps Amazon's strategic vendors grow and deliver excellent customer experiences by working on key retail levers such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.
The service is delivered mainly through Brand Specialists assigned to specific vendors. The Team Lead will be responsible for impacting a large group of vendors through their team, focusing on improving vendor performance, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders will be essential for strategic planning and decision-making. The role also involves contributing to continuous service improvements and innovation.
