Role Overview

Amazon seeks a SVS Team Lead to oversee a team of Brand Specialists within the Strategic Vendor Services (SVS). This service aims to support Amazon’s strategic vendors in growth and customer experience enhancement by managing key retail levers such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.

The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering impact to vendors through team management, ensuring vendor performance improvements, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and continuously enhancing team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders will be essential for strategic alignment and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and retail category teams to set priorities and operational goals based on vendor needs.
  2. Manage relationships with top-tier vendors subscribed to SVS.
  3. Lead a team of Brand Specialists, developing joint business plans and driving business impact.
  4. Regularly review metrics to improve vendor and employee experiences across categories.
  5. Coordinate with the BR SVS Central team to promote tool adoption, offshore process integration, and team productivity.
  6. Develop team skills and allocate resources effectively, fostering talent growth within Amazon.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods industries, or consulting.
  • Proactive ownership and business performance drive.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Business proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • People management skills.
