Amazon seeks a SVS Team Lead to oversee a team of Brand Specialists within the Strategic Vendor Services (SVS). This service aims to support Amazon’s strategic vendors in growth and customer experience enhancement by managing key retail levers such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.
The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering impact to vendors through team management, ensuring vendor performance improvements, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and continuously enhancing team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders will be essential for strategic alignment and decision-making.
