Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end operations of short- and long-term rental properties, with a focus on vacation rentals such as Airbnb;
  2. Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations;
  3. Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis;
  4. Manage and analyze cash flow;
  5. Prepare accounting reports and oversee the companies’ bookkeeping;
  6. Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting;
  7. Supervise facility staff and external contractors;
  8. Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
  9. Lead, train, and evaluate performance of facility staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  2. At least 4 years of experience in property management and facilities;
  3. Solid knowledge of financial management applied to real estate;
  4. Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication;
  5. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
NICE TO HAVE:
  1. International experience;
  2. Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.;
  3. Knowledge of property management software.
