Position Overview

Amazon seeks a SVS Team Lead to oversee a team of Brand Specialists. The Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) team supports Amazon's strategic vendors in growth and customer experience improvement by managing key retail levers like selection, availability, and marketing.

The Team Lead will be responsible for delivering impact to vendors through team management, ensuring performance improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous service innovation. The role requires a passion for people management, resourcefulness, customer focus, and proven results in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and category functions to set priorities based on vendor needs.
  2. Manage relationships with key vendors subscribed to SVS.
  3. Lead a team of Brand Specialists, managing joint business plans and driving business impact.
  4. Regularly audit metrics to enhance vendor and employee experience across categories.
  5. Collaborate with the BR SVS Central team to promote tool adoption and offshore process efficiency.
  6. Develop team skills, allocate resources effectively, and nurture talent for Amazon.
