Amazon is seeking an SVS Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) helps Amazon's strategic vendors grow and deliver excellent customer experiences by working on key retail levers such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.

The service is delivered mainly through Brand Specialists assigned to specific vendors. The Team Lead will be responsible for impacting a large group of vendors through their team, focusing on improving vendor performance, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders will be essential for strategic planning and decision-making. The role also involves contributing to continuous service improvements and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and category functions to set priorities and goals based on vendor needs.
  2. Managing relationships with key vendors subscribed to SVS.
  3. Leading a team of Brand Specialists to develop joint business plans and deliver business impact.
  4. Regularly auditing metrics to improve vendor and employee experience.
  5. Working with the BR SVS Central team to promote tool adoption and offshore process efficiencies.
  6. Developing team skills and resource allocation to vendors, fostering talent growth within Amazon.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, or consulting.
  • Proactivity in ownership and business performance.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Business proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • People management skills.
