INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Training Analyst to deliver training to New Joiners and current employees. You are organized, proactive, and able to multitask with high adaptability to changes.

You will gather information on training processes, update Confluence, and manage tickets with Help Desk, HR, and other departments. You will review processes, propose improvements, and keep the Organization Chart up to date, supporting collaboration and growth.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Solid experience in Excel and have a mind for data.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades
