Affinity is seeking a recruiter focused on international hiring, based remotely in Brazil. You will source and engage IT professionals for projects in Portugal, bridging Brazilian and Portuguese markets and negotiating salary and relocation terms.

You will assess candidates’ fit, coordinate with our immigration team, and maintain a clean ATS while collaborating across Brazil, Portugal, Tunisia, and Morocco.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Psychology, business administration, or similar.
• 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition hiring IT profiles.
• Ability to discuss IT roles and tech stacks credibly with developers.
• Comfort negotiating salary packages with candidates.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Interest in international hiring, relocation management, and cross-cultural environments.
• Excellent Portuguese and English (C1+).
• Willing to travel and work remotely across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage candidates across Brazil for projects in Portugal, with local and international clients.

• Assess candidates' motivations, technical skills, and attitude for internal selection.
• Propose, negotiate, and align salary and relocation expectations with IT consultants.
• Guide candidates through relocation – visas, timelines, expectations – with our immigration team.
• Keep Keywork ATS accurate and up to date, and report on the pipeline.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues in Lisbon, Porto, Brazil, Tunisia, and Morocco.

What you'll do

• Source and engage candidates across Brazil for projects in Portugal, with local and international clients;
• Bridge both markets by developing a deep understanding of the Brazilian and Portuguese IT landscapes, and arbitrate our international recruitment initiatives;
• Assess candidates' motivations, technical skills, and attitude before presenting them to the internal selection team;
• Propose, negotiate, and align salary and relocation expectations with IT consultants;
• Guide candidates through relocation - visas, timelines, expectations - alongside our immigration team;
• Keep Keywork, our ATS, accurate and up to date, and report on the pipeline;
• Work daily with colleagues in Lisbon, Porto, Brazil, Tunisia, and Morocco.

What you need to have

• College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
• 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, hiring IT profiles;
• Ability to assess technical profiles - enough familiarity with IT roles and stacks to hold a credible conversation with a developer;
• Comfort proposing and negotiating salary packages directly with candidates;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search;
• Interest in international hiring, relocation management and cross-cultural environments;
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (C1+ is mandatory);
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
• Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment and an ability to travel.
