Are you a recruiter who loves finding top talent before anyone else does? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil to join our fully remote team and help us scale across tech, marketing, operations, and more.

This is a long-term, open-ended contracting position (not CLT), full-time with flexible hours. You’ll play a key role in building a smart, driven, and diverse team across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in engineering, marketing, ops, and beyond
• Source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to improve job descriptions, interviews, and candidate experience
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple platforms
• Champion the company culture and values through every interaction

What You Should Bring

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting (agency or in-house)
• Strong background in tech recruitment
• Excellent sourcing skills and creative outreach tactics
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles with precision and speed
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, async-first environment
• Proactive, not reactive—you don’t wait for applications
• Detail-oriented with strong instincts for talent evaluation
• Stellar communicator and relationship-builder
• Comfortable adapting and optimizing on the fly

• Monthly Rate: $1000 USD (negotiable based on experience)
