As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in sourcing and onboarding top-tier Media Buyers and Account Managers who will directly drive client success and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Media Buyers and Account Managers
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific communities
- Write compelling job descriptions and recruitment content that reflect our high-performance culture
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture fit, technical ability, and alignment with our client-first mission
- Coordinate hiring processes with internal leadership and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment metrics and improve hiring funnel efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Proven success recruiting Media Buyers, Account Managers, or similar roles in performance marketing
- Deep understanding of ad agency roles and what makes a high-performing candidate
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or Greenhouse
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach
