Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  2. Source and identify qualified candidates via various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
  3. Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet technical and cultural fit.
  4. Develop and execute aggressive hiring strategies to support rapid growth.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
  7. Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
  8. Provide regular updates to the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager and stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
  9. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, or headhunting, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  2. Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  5. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter).
