Sword is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for our Portugal, US and Brazil markets. This role must be in Brazil and will work a 40 hour schedule. You will be employed though a third party.

What you'll be doing:

• Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview;
• While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;
• Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).

What you need to have:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience;
• Experience hiring technical talent, and ideally in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
