Job summary

Keeta Brazil is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on experienced hires to shape how the company attracts and hires key talent. You will manage recruitment end-to-end while advising stakeholders on market trends and talent needs.

Based in São Paulo, you will partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies, own the full lifecycle for experienced hires, build talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that strengthens Keeta’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including exposure to experienced-hire recruitment.
• Proficient use of sourcing tools and recruitment channels to identify and assess candidates.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• English: minimum C1 (full professional proficiency).

You will join the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders across Keeta Brazil. The team collaborates daily with Business Recruiters and HRBPs to deliver coordinated hiring strategies across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales.

The skills you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including exposure to experienced-hire recruitment
• Proficient use of sourcing tools and recruitment channels to identify and assess candidates
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• English: minimum C1 (full professional proficiency)
