Keeta Brazil is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on experienced hires to shape how we attract and hire top talent. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and advise stakeholders on market trends to ensure hires align with business priorities.

In this role you will partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies, build robust pipelines for critical skills, provide market insights, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while continuously improving

Formación

• Sourcing candidates using recruitment channels to fill roles.
• Experience with ATS and end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires.
• English proficiency at C1 level for professional use.

You will join the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders across Keeta Brazil. The team collaborates daily with Business Recruiters and HRBPs to deliver coordinated hiring strategies across Product, Growth, Strategy & Operations.

What your role will look like

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on experienced hires, you play a strategic role in shaping how Keeta Brazil attracts and hires key talent. You manage recruitment end-to-end while advising stakeholders on market trends and talent needs, ensuring hiring decisions are aligned with business priorities.

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies that reflect current and future talent needs
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires, from sourcing to offer, ensuring quality and consistency across all stages
• Provide market insights and guidance to influence recruitment decisions and positioning
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas
• Coordinate with Business Recruiters and HRBPs to align priorities and ensure clear communication of hiring progress
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens Keeta’s employer brand
• Contribute to TA projects and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and impact

The skills you bring

• Proficient use of sourcing tools and recruitment channels to identify and assess candidates
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• English: minimum C1 (full professional proficiency)
