AMS is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across key business units. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, candidate assessment frameworks, diversity initiatives, and competitive offer strategies.

The ideal candidate brings full-lifecycle recruiting expertise, a candidate-centric approach, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.

We are seeking a proactive and consultative Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across key business units. In this role, you will act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers—advising on market conditions, candidate assessment frameworks, diversity initiatives, and competitive offer strategies.

The ideal candidate brings strong full-lifecycle recruiting expertise, a candidate-centric approach, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and talent market insights.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Intake & Strategy: Lead structured kick-off/intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, key competencies, interview loops, and targeted sourcing plans.
• Advisory & Influence: Provide continuous guidance to hiring teams on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, interview best practices, and mitigate hiring bias.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and share real-time candidate feedback, competitor talent trends, and labor market data to refine active searches.

Skills & Requirements:

• Sourcing & Attraction: Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking groups, and employee referral channels to build diverse, passive pipelines.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct thorough competency-based phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, career motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Pipeline Management: Drive candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback loops, and an outstanding candidate experience.
• Language: Spanish, Portuguese and English
