Country Leader Overview

As we continue to grow our business and team in Brazil, we are looking to appoint a new Country Leader who will lead a new chapter in Salesforce Brazil’s journey. The Country Leader will be responsible for leading their country with a particular focus on sales leadership, developing and engaging our employees, partners and customers. The Country Leader is the main representative for the Salesforce brand in the country and has four primary areas of responsibilities: driving growth and Customer Success, strengthening our brand, developing our ecosystem and inspiring/supporting our Ohana and bringing together the full power of Salesforce. The role will be reporting to the EVP Sales for LATAM. Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, including regulatory, economic and cultural factors, and exceptional ability to drive complex sales cycles and lead negotiations at the C‑suite level are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the operating rhythm of the country – weekly forecast calls, reporting on progress, holding accountability for delivering a financial plan, driving demand generation activities, developing and executing successful sales campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape and technology advancements to identify new opportunities.
  • Advocate for Brazil‑specific needs in product development and service offerings.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Pre‑Sales, Professional Services and cross‑cloud teams to lead Brazil’s growth.
  • Ensure compliance, manage resources and investments effectively to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate year‑end planning and create a Go‑to‑Market plan for Brazil aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Run CLT governance and CLT accountability.
  • Drive Country Strategy & Execution, sharing best practices within the Country Leader Community.
  • Represent Salesforce as Country Leader in the local market supporting the PR strategy.
  • Serve as spokesperson at key external events such as the World Tour and Basecamps.
  • Ensure Marketing budget is aligned to the priorities of the country plan.
  • Develop CXO Community and enable C‑level relationships.
  • Orchestrate the Salesforce ecosystem to drive large deals and nurture critical relationships.
  • Advocate for CSG & partner resources, drive developer community and trailblazers.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing team with a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship, career development opportunities and uphold diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Facilitate Talent Flow, hire high‑calibre talent and coach new leaders and account executives.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
